The first Homebase location is at the Grand Concourse, an elevated boulevard built on a ridge in 1894. The construction of this boulevard lasted for 15 years and was completed in 1894. Today, the Homebase program provides a comprehensive suite of services for individuals and families who are at risk of homelessness. Counselors help clients find alternatives to homelessness, and the program helps them find them.

The Baltimore Coworking community will soon have several new Homebase locations. The new coworking community will be located on the fourth floor of 300 W. Pratt St. in the downtown area. There will be six single offices and three two-person offices available, along with open desk space for 10 more people. Members will enjoy access to meeting rooms, a kitchen area, and high-speed WiFi. In addition, Homebase offers interior design services.
While the Baltimore location opened at the end of last year, plans for a second location are in the works. Woodberry’s Clipper Mill will open by the end of this year. There are already tenants in that space. Both Atana and Homebase are near light rail stations, which makes it easy to commute to either location.
